So this is it! my first legit cycle, been pondering this for a while and finally decided on it when i found a good source for the gear. ill be running test prop at 100mg eod for 8 weeks. i will also be using M1T for the first 4 weeks at 20mg ed(10mg/12hours). i have nolvadex for the pct and i will also be using creatine mono to try and keep my strength and size moving after the test is stopped.
a little bit about me!
im 21 been training on and off for about 5 years now. im 5'10, a lean 185 10(ish)% BF.
i have just been focusing on my sets for the last few months so i dont know what my exact max's are.
flat bench: 270lbs last i tried.
squat(box): 375lbs
deadlifts: TBA
ill be posting my workouts as i go so you get an idea of my other lifts.
my goals for this cycle are to be 195lbs lean after my pct. so im hoping to be around 200-205 at last pin. my diet is:
calroies:4000-4400
protein: 275-325(depending on meal choices)
carbs: 475-525(depending on meal choices)
almost all my carbs are from pasta and rice and oatmeal(working on the transfer over to brown pasta and rice)
protein is mostly egg whites, tuna chicken and shakes(1 weight gainer postworkout. one whey before bed)
im a fairly pickey eater so my diet will not change much from day to day as i dont have many choices lol.
as for questions i have a few for my pct. ive had ppl tell me to start the day after last pin and some say 2 weeks after. im also worried about the 4 week gap between the end of my m1t and the pct. my source suggested running my pct 2 weeks after M1T while im still on the prop(week 6) and only go 2 week past the last pin. so it would look like this:
week 1-4:test,M1T
week 5-6:test
week 7-8: test, nolva
week 8-10: nolva.
