I've been under Rage's guidance for well over a year now seeing the best results I have ever seen. I know how well HRT can work and want to prove it. So beginning January 1st I will be keeping a video journal highlighting my training, nutrition and daily routine running Metroflex Gym. Rage will be training me all along the way....stay tuned for more details from myself, Rage and Animal.

Conditioning always crazy especially with Rage at the controls. This go around going for more mass and focusing on solid growth so next time I step on stage I'll be in the Super Heavies.

I've ran HRT before with great success but I had hernia before and couldn't give 100% dieing to see the progress now that I can go balls out. Rage has been training me for almost 2 years and we feel it's time to get back on HRT and give everyone a taste of just how well HRT truly works.

It has begun....today was day 1 and my partner and I broke in Metroflex Gym San Marcos with the HRT. Shoulder/Bi/Forearm is done....pain already setting in from this morning and appetite is through the roof. I see me regaining 270lbs easy on this path. I will update my supps and diet plan tomorrow as well as posting our journey on Youtube tomorrow.

Ok...so I have been MIA, crazy with family, school, running the gym, and getting clients ready for their shows. I have been sticking to HRT Solo and Rage's guidance.

Meal 1
8 Whole Free Range Eggs
1.5 cups oats
1 cup mixed berries

Meal 2-6
8oz chicken or grass fed beef
2 cups basmati rice
1 cup spinach
10oz raw milk

Meal 7
4 scoops Real Gains
1 cup raw milk

Current weight 275lbs, 8%bf (In Jan I had dropped down to 230 and through HRT and this diet I have regained all my size plus some)

I have about 8 more weeks of this plan and then will switch to show prep mode for the Central Texas Showdown in October. The goal is to hit 280-285 before we begin prep. I will still be using HRT Solo for my prep and any tweaks Rage adds into the mix.

Solid workout if I do admit...hot as hell as it got up to 95 in the gym yesterday, but hell I love the heat.

Ok weight keeps bouncing between 268-275, which is normal for me as I burn easily. Getting my meals in but to increase cals I will be adding in a scoop or two of karbolyn during the day along with adding in 1-2 avocados through out the day with my meals.

Good Lord, appetite was through the roof today. One thing I would like to mention. Instead of a normal 4 day split with 3 days of rest I do it differently. SInce owning and running my own gym I use HRT like this, 2 days on, 1 day off, repeat. I feel like I get plenty of rest and recover just fine. Now I do listen to my body and when I'm just feeling like my dick is dragging in the dirt I'll take off an extra day.

Feeling good. Joints have been hurting but I increased my water intake and added in some extra fish oils and it seems to be helping.

Back at it again after giving myself a break from HRT.

I will be going all out next week and adding in some interesting twists to it, such as powercleans, snatch, squats, and deadlifts. Also on non-training days I will be using the sled, tire flips, stairs, farmers walk, etc as cardio.

Basically incorporating HRT into a Strongman based workout. SO here goes.

Did legs Monday, HRT shoulders/bi's Tuesday and Chest/Tri's today.....as of right now, entire upper body is aching. LOL
