I quit squatting for about a month, and started friday, it was hard but no pain, monday was a bit harder, and I think my form might have fell apart some but no pain, but today starting with light ATG squats my knees felt sore, and it felt like my right calve was mildly pulled.
Am I just getting too advanced for squatting 3 days a week, is it a form issue or did I just pull something/go too heavy last time?
This happens a lot, Ill bust PRs for a couple sessions, start feeling wore down, take a week or two off, come back and bust another PR and end up pulling something or getting sore knees.
