Is BF3 harder on xbox than PS3(multiplayer)?

I have it for ps3 and played at a friends house the other day on xbox and did noticeably worse(played for a couple hours)

Im thinking its just the controller than im not used to...i hate the xbox control but idk.

I always thought this was the case in Madden. I get my angus peppered on ps3 and a afriend that I beat the hell out of all the time brags about his record being better then mine on xbox.

on average xbox online gamers tend to be better than PS3 online gamers.

I won both and notice this tremendously on MW games.

Xbox players are better. PS3 controllers feel like **** and ill-suited for shooters, 360 feels like it was meant for shooters.
