So yeah, I'm 6'2, a boy and I'm 19 years old, in March I was 304 pounds, and now I'm 194 pounds.

Recently people have been saying that I have made progress and all that stuff, but most always follow with the question "So how much more are you gonna lose?", and yeah I'm a bit uncertain on that.

I practice boxing and I know I wanna have a low BF seeing I wanna participate in competitions, anyway my Body Fat was about 15% in November, haven't had it measured since, but I've lost 9 pounds since then.

Anyway I'm really not sure on were I should stop, I mean I've heard people saying 170 is way to low, but yet so many guys my ages are around that weight.

And for those wondering what is confusing me, well, first of I have a stomach, love handles, do to lose skin or excess fat, who knows. I mean at what point should I stop losing fat and add on more muscle and just wait for my skin to adjust to the changes my body has made since March?

Also at what point could I expect my skin to start tightening up? I'm mean like, when won't I have to flex for my biceps to be shown?

Is there like anything I can do to speed up the progress of the skin catching up? (Already know about the body scrubbing and drinking plenty of water to keep the skin healthy and I'd never consider surgery.)

Also I've gone down from xxl in clothing size to medium - large and the waist size I need for jeans is 32, so I assume I'm really close to something considered healthy/normal.

So yeah, what should I answer when people are asking me how much more I'm gonna lose, because honestly I have no idea? :/

show us some pics. Its really hard to tell.

If you look buff and good I would lose it till you see abs (if thats your goal)

If your skinny fat I would start gaining muscle.
