Hi all,
(Clean n Strict Diet + Cardio, Cardio, Cardio = Fat loss)
We are all familiar with the above formula. However, I am here to talk about the problem faced by lots of people even after losing the BF not able to loose the Alpha2 fat at some specific area.
I would like all to give their inputs on the best possible way to burn that stubborn, Alpha 2 fat that gets stored in some particular areas n is very hard to get rid of, let's take the lower portion of the belly. No matter how hard u do the leg raises and crunches it never goes. So whoever is well aware about the following substances please throw some light on the most effective fat burning ingredient.
Yohimbine
Caffeine
ALCAR
Green Tea Extract
Sesamin
Is there any product that has all of the above in one or which is the one that attacks the Alpha 2 fat cells the most?
Also what are the effective exercises for the lower abs and love handles?
***** would appreciate if Cardio n Diet advise is not given becoz these are the 1st two steps and is a absolute to fat loss process. Here we are talking about the 3rd step with the help of such ingredients*****

Nothing wrong with your basic 200 mg. of caffeine and proper dosage of yohimbine hcl 30-60 minutes before workout. If you want just a primary product try iforce Dexaprine or oxy elite pro. Most people love those two.

I have this same problem. I've lost 44 pound as you can see from my Bodyspace that I have lost a lot of fat. I did this by changing my eating habits and working out. I need to lose about another 20 pounds but I want to burn the fat in my lower stomach and my love handles. I have been told that Love handles are genetic and I will never get rid of them. Does this have any truth behind it? I have used Oxy Elite Pro but the bottle says to not exeed a certain amout of weeks on the pills. Does that mean I should never use it again? I want to be safe and not try anything I havent heard of because I dont want to have a bad mixture of supplements and die but I also want to get shredded so I have ran out of ideas. As far as exercises go, I run alot and I see weight loss in my legs but never in the lower stomach/love handles. Is there an exercise that attacks the fat in those areas so that I can consistantly work on losing this fat?
I appreciate any help whatsoever

The love handles and lower tummy fat is the stubborn fat which is last to go. There is a direct correlation between BF% and those nagging areas so just keep cutting you will lose it in time. I lost my love handles but still have a lower gut at the moment so don't worry it will go as you keep lowering your BF%. Keep up the good work!

I feel like its just a time factor, if you are really modivated and have changed your lifestyle and start to enjoy being active over time your body's lack of storing fat will just eventually resort to those areas because it will have nowere else to go. Remember fat loss isn't a fad its part of a lifestyle.
