Flew home today and was wondering something..

What diet do you think would leave you in the worst shape after 1 month?

1 - A diet that contains no fat whatsoever.

2 - A diet that contains no protein at all.

3 - A diet that contains no carbs.

4 - A diet that contains only fat.

5 - A diet that contains only protein.

6 - A diet that contains only carbs.

I know they are NOT realistic, but I'm curious to see what you guys think would leave your health/body in the worst shape after an extended amount of time.

The no protein diet. Good luck in your dying goals in 2012.

I'd have to lean with all carbs since they aren't a necessary macronutrient

Aren't carbs the macro that can be converted the easiest? (probs wrong) Or is that protein?

I don't think all fat would be that bad, really, if it was things like avocadoes and nuts. You'd just go keto really fast and feel like crap for a couple of days. Unless you mean all fat as in nothing but lard.

It would be pretty hard to eat all fat while avoiding foods with protein.

fixed

The diets missing two macros are going to be the worst especially if missing protein altogether.
Next will be those missing fats.
Finally, those missing carbs

Nuts aren't solely fats so you couldn't eat them
