starting hrt today solo

seems very low volume to what i was doing
6 day split
chest
legs
shoulders
bis tris
back
legs

and atleast 15-20 sets each day



any advice which i can be told which will help me as i am willing to go to hell and back

It may be lower volume than what you are used to, but it is very taxing on the muscles do to the extra hellcentric movements.

yikes kills like hell but abit after workout i have regained strength but at the time i put in everything
