Did not sleep too well last night due to the late night goers next door (thanks). Feeling very tired today but not sign of soreness when there should be from what I put the arms through last night.

Tomorrow is back day and looking forward to a lot of carbs and heavy rows and deadlifts!

Back Workout

I am not sure what got into my today but I went stupid on my back workout today; in a good way :headbang:

Pull Ups: 4x10-12. Just enough to get some blood going and the back loosened up.

Wanted try something different today with the workout. I would perform three different exercises for one set, but NOT super setting them together.

Warm up with lighter weight for the movements.

Sets 1 - 4: DB Rows x 12, super set with DB Shrug x 10, rest a minute or so then Seated Close Pulls x 10-12

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I def felt a lot of angles getting hit for a longer period of time. The intensity was much higher. I don't think I could do this during the weeks days because there would be more people using the machines. Got to be courteous to others right?

Smith Barbell Rows: 135x10, 185x10, 225x4x6. Dead pause on the bottom.
Super Set with Calve Raises

Rack Pulls: Sets of 8 until I reach 365. Then it was 365x3x6

Sets 1 - 3: Close Pull Downs x 12, super set with Wide Grip Pull Downs x12, Super Set with Straight bar Pull Downs x 15

Yes, I just went stupid today. The weight was kept as heavy as possible and the forms were very strict. Overall, the workout took me a little over 1.5 hours.

Time to recover with some Infinite Force, then CRASH!

Chest

Pec Dec: 6 x 10. Increase weight each set

Incline Barbell Press: 225x4x10

Flat Smith Bench Press: 225x4x8-10. Rack was set so there was a dead stop at the bottom. Great movement!

Incline DB Flyes 40x4x10 Superset Flat DB Press 60x4x10. Felt incredible with doing the presses last in this exercise.

Hammer Strength Incline Press: 140x4x10. 30 sec break with deep stretch.

Standing Cable Flyes: 4x8-10

Abs

Fueling up now with Infinite Force and some WheyToBuild protein.

Had several people compliment how much bigger I am looking and still very vascular.

As I am writing this, I am feeling my body soaking up the infinite force. Almost as if my body is recovering. Never had this feeling.

Man, I am feeling great. Honestly, I havent felt this good in several months.

Killed Arms today! Decided to steer away from the normal plan. Normally, I train biceps then triceps or super sets them. But today, I decided to do a set of biceps then a set of triceps, but not really super setting them. I was giving them about 30 seconds between each set.

EZ Bar Cable Curls and EZ Bar Pushdowns 4 sets of 10-15. Increase weight each set.

Standing DB Curl 40x4x10and Skull Crushers 95x4x10

Hammer Strength Curls 90x4x10 and Reverse Cable Curls 75x4x10 (Felt great!)

Single Cable curls Super set with Tricep Extension. Kept them movement very quick and to failure. 3x15

The workout took me a little over an hour and was definitely productive. At the end of the workout the biceps were beginning to cramp pretty darn bad and I couldn't straighten the arms. THAT'S A LOT OF BLOOD PUMPING!!

Overall, I am beginning to increase the reps and weights on every exercise and things are feeling lighter.

Time to REFUEL INFINITE FORCE STYLE!

Maybe one day I will size arms some of you guys have.

Used by athletes in heavy strength or endurance training and by fitness enthusiasts, Carno Cre™ combines high quality beta alanine and creatine to provide a serious performance edge for athletes at all levels. Isn’t it time you drastically increased your muscle strength and endurance?
Carno Cre™ is a delicious and stimulant free powdered nutritional drink mix to be used daily by men and women who want to generate higher muscular power output for longer periods of time during exercise. Formulated with CarnoSyn™ beta alanine, Carno Cre™ is the only patented, scientifically studied form of beta alanine proven to effectively buffer lactic acid and delay the onset of fatigue. The 5-point creatine complex in Carno Cre™ allows for quicker, more available energy production resulting in greater exercise performance and endurance. Plus, it is sugar-free, fat-free, low in sodium and tastes great!
Researchers have shown that when supplementing with beta alanine for just 4 weeks, an athlete can increase his carnosine concentration by 42-65%. Longer beta alanine studies up going to 10-12 weeks show carnosine concentrations increases up to 80%. This is a tremendous increase in an already powerful intracellular buffer. It is this large increase in buffering capacity within the muscle that is largely responsible for the strength, lean body mass, power and muscular endurance gains.
Bring neural and muscular fatigue to its knees by maximizing your power output.
Carno Cre™ is effective in:
Maximizing muscular strength
Drastically increasing muscle endurance
Increasing muscle capacity
Developing extreme gains in muscle mass
Supporting rapid re-synthesis of ATP
Increasing calorie-/fat-burning capacity of muscle

I have surgery coming this Thursday and will be out of the gym for a little while; hopefully not too long so I have been hammering more than one bodypart for my workouts this week.

Todays workout:

Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

Chest
Pec Dec: 8 x10-15. Kept increase weight each set
Floor Press: 235x8x8
Smith Incline: 225x8x8

Tri-set 3x10-12 with Decline Hammer Strength/Incline DB Flys/Push Ups

Shoulders
Side Lateral: 4x10, increase weight until hitting a max set of 8 reps, then did 3 drops sets

Reverse Cable Crossovers: 3x12-15

Triceps
Super Set 3x10-12 with Reverse Curls/Cable Push Downs

Machine Skull Crushers: Did rest pause set then did 20 reps with lighter weight

This was one of the best workouts todate! The intensity was nuts and the focus on spot on.

Throwing back the infinite force now.

Workout looks good. Hope it is "minor" surgery. Well the procedure is minor but the purpose of the surgery is serious.
When I was 20 years old, I had to get a pacemaker inorder to stay alive. So now my body as got to a point to where it no longers needs to the device. My cardiologist is removing it tomorrow morning.

Today ai the last day before I go into surgery. So what better way to end the week than to hammer legs?

Todays workout:

Machine leg press: warm up, 2 x 15-30. Just to warm them up for squats.

Squats: 135 x 20, 185 x 15, 225 x 15, 245 x 10, 265 x 8, 285 x 6, 295 x 6. Felt easy and form was spot on. Then did a drop set of 225 x 8, 185 x 10, 135 x 10

DB Stiff Leg: 55 x 10, 70 x 10, 80 x 3 x 10.

Leg Press: 6p x 20, 8p x 20, 10p x 15, 12p x 15, 14p x 8, drop set of 10p x 20, 6p x 20, 4p x 20 (felt together and at very bottom)

Smith Machine Squats with 3 second negatives; 185 x 3 x 12

Lying leg curls: 4 x 12

I did calve work during some of the exercises that consisted on Standing Smith Barbell Calve raises and Donkey Raises.

Legs were very pumped and looking juge. Cannot believe how vascular I am staying. The body feels great and recovering well.

It is now the day after my surgery of getting my pacemaker removed. The pain is a bit more than I anticipated. The surgeon disconnected the leads from the pacemaker and did his best to bury the leads as much as possible.
The surgeon decided to cut into my left pectoral muscle to bury the lead wires. I was told that there was some bleeding that occurred but nothing major.
I will continue to rest and take it easy for the next couple weeks.

HEY! I can train calves and hamstrings today! ha!

Off the the gym I went.

Took it easy and trained very smart. I felt it would be good to get the blood flowing a bit and a reason to eat a few more carbs :headbang:

Toe Press 6 sets of 12-15

High Machine Leg Press 4 sets of 15-20

Seated Calve Raises 6 sets of 10

Standing One Leg Curls 4 sets of 15-20

Donkey Calves.. 4 sets of 8

Hey TeamIronClad, how you feeling???
Doing great. Everything is going very well.

I am getting ready to train arms now.

Here is an update on status:

The swelling is going done a lot and the pain is almost not even there. Last night I woke up and found myself laying on my left shoulder without any pain but i rolled back over to get the weight off that side of the body. My range of motion is about 90% back. I can almost lift my arm fully above my head and extend it completely.

I think I will try to start to incorporate my shoulders and back in the workout next week.

Last night workout. This workout was all about keeping the number of exercises to a minimum and hammering the arms hard with that movement.

Arms

Hammer Stretch Curls- 2 warm up sets, then 8 sets of 8-10

Reverse Cable Curls- 2 warm up sets, then 8 sets of 8-12

DB Hammer Curls- 1 warm up set, then 8 sets of 8-12 with 35#

Single Arm Over head Rope Extensions - 1 warm up set, then 8 sets of 8-12

Seated One Arm Curls- max set of 6-8, then drop set for 2 sets to failure

Pushdowns- max set of 6-8, then drop set for 2 sets to failure

Decided to get a little bit of blood in my shoulder but still taking to very easy. Took 20lb DB and done s few set of 15-20 of side/front laterals

Nice Volume Work Jessie!
Thank John. I use to lift very heavy but since switching to high volume..I have found my niche.

Looks good. How does it feel? Chest?
Chest is about 90 % back but I will not look to train chest for another couple weeks; sometimes to best to train smart than hard. Overall, there is no pain and my flexibility is awesome.

Where you at bud?
I am here! I am here! Sorry, I have been painting the past couple days (honey do's and I am not even married yet! Go figure).

Getting ready to train shoulders today!!

Leg Workout last night

Preworkout- Juggernaut

Pre-Exhaust Hamstring
Lying Leg Curls- 60x15, 90x15, 105x12, 120x12, 135x10, drop set 150x6, 120x10, 105x10, 90x10, then 120x25 partials

Leg Press- Sets of 10-20 until I hit a 6 rep max at 14 plates. Then a drop set

Smith Machine Squats- Sets of 10-12 until reach 255. Then 255x3x8-10

MY LEGS ARE SHOT AT THIS TIME!

After the set, I was starting to feel like my muscles were in knots. I pulled up my shorts and there it was....The Road Map to the next level. Veins looked like they were wanting to burst outside my skin and the tear drop felt like it was hanging out my knee cap.

DB Stiff Leg- 40x4x12. DEEP Stretch

Leg Curls/Lunges/Body Squats 4 x 10

The Infinite Force was VERY refreshing after that workout!

Well my original intention was to train back but when I got to the gym, I decided it was best to give back one more days rest since legs were trained the day before. Therefore, shoulders were trained.

Before I leave the house, I am making a shake with Infinite Force. This drink will last me my entire workout. While driving the the gym, I drink half of the shake leaving the remaining in the shaker cup. Once i get to the gym, I dilute the the solution of Infinite Force to more effectively shuttle the nutrients on my body.

Shoulders

-Bent over laterals- 6 x 25 with 20#
Started to feel the shoulders tighten up.

-Side Laterals- 6 x 15 with 25#
About the third working set of side lateral, the veins were very visible on the anterior and medial delts. When I was on the fifth working set, the striations were becoming noticeable. I have never seen the striations like this before when training shoulders

SuperSet the next two exercises
-Machine Shoulder Press- 4 sets of 15 -20 then maxing to a heavier set of 6-7 then performing a drop set
-Machine Side Laterals - 4 sets of 15 -20 then maxing to a heavier set of 6-7 then performing a drop set
Shoulders are EXTREMELY tight and looked very un-proportional right now (looking much bigger than my arms). I could not get heavy at all on this exercise due to the amount of volume and blood being pumped into the delts. Great feeling but after a hard working set, I literally had to let my arm hangs because I was in pain.

-Barbell Uprights- 6 sets of 10-12. Increase in increments of 10 lbs until I reached 105# then did 4 sets of this.
Striations still very, if not more, noticeable.

-Standing Rear Flys- 3 sets of 15 then maxing to a heavier set of 6-7 then performing a drop set
This exercise was thrown in there and I was feeling great.

Post workout: Made another shake with Infinite Force, and sccop of Infinite Pro Whey

Thats right Infinite Pro Whey!! First time taking the protein. Remind me of chocolate ovaltine

Dont waste your reps on the little people, instead turn them over to a higher power to be distributed where I see fit. Then the weak will be crushed

Carno Cre™ is effective in:
• Maximizing muscular strength
• Drastically increasing muscle endurance
• Increasing muscle capacity

Convert Fat With L-Carnitine*
THE WORKOUT BUDDY THAT WILL SUPPPORT YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS*

L-Carnitine is a natural compound that is found in avocadoes, dairy products, beef and lamb. Of course, if you are on a restricted diet and trying to burn off some extra fat, you may not be eating those foods in large amounts.

That's where supplementation can help. Taking an L-Carnitine supplement will support your overall goal of losing fat, and it may improve your workout performance to help you get better results.*

L-Carnitine works by potentially helping to convert fatty acids into fuel your body can use for energy, while at the same time promoting growth and development.*
