Since I started getting serious about the gym and my eating habits back in April, I have lost 36 pounds and went from 20% BF to around 12.5 %. I have made tremendous changes and I look better than I ever did, HOWEVER as of late I have lost motivation! Before I hit the gym I have my pre workout I'm amped up and ready to tear up the gym, but when I get there my desire starts to fade away. I tried switching up my routines and doing supersets and some circuits or heavier wieghts, but I just don't feel the burn or even sweat as much as I used to. Sometimes I don't sweat at all and I feel guilty when I leave the gym because I feel maybe I haven't worked hard enough. What do ya'll think about that?? Ive heard some people say that its okay to take a week off and get off of stims, but I'm afraid to take a week off because I don't want to lose the changes I made! I also heard of working with lighter weights but I'm afraid to do that also! At this point I don't know what to do...any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Think about why you started. One thing that keeps me going is compliments from other people, and knowing people are witnessing my progress. You look great man, that should be enough to keep you going!

This same exact feeling happened to me last year, I know it may sound weird coming from a women but I felt the same way. What I did was took 1 week off and than got a 1 month membership to a totally different gym. Taking a week off will drive you just a little crazy but trust me it does the body so much good. I was stronger after my week off and loved working out again. You will NOT loose anything that you have worked so hard for as long as you keep your diet the same practically. By the end of your week off, you may feel a little flat but of course that is to be expected.
Best of luck!

Thanks!! I know some guys would say "NOOO don't quit" but they could be burning themselves out too. So I'm just going to do what my body tells me to do.

This. It is actually healthy to take a week off once in a while. I know people who take one week off every twelve weeks. Or ever 3 months respectively. It helps man trust me and your motivation will return in a couple days, by the end of the week you will feel you cant wait to get back in the gym. Also taking a week off the stims helps your tolerance to go down.
