View Full Version : Shoulder Pain?

This seems to happen after I get a few weeks into an intense bulking routine, where I am constantly going up with the weights. When I wake up in the morning, I have moderate pain in both shoulders. After I take my shower and move around a bit, the pain virtually goes away. If I take a week or two off the pain completely goes away until 4-5 weeks back into a routine...but that isn't very productive. Any ideas on how to prevent this? I really have not been doing any stretching at all...so I am hoping that helps. If someone could point me in the right direction on what I should be doing, that would be great. Thanks.
