Today, we got selected to be the 11th team of contest (luck) (blessed). After making the cut in such a dramatic way we hit the gym. We did the Chest and Tricep workout. Were so jacked to get the supplement care package and start this thing off right! A more detailed blog will come Monday!

I haven't done a specific HRT workout this week. Here are a few of my stats. Flat bench 225x5, Barbell curl 95x10, Shoulder Press 135x10. I will post specific stats starting monday! I won't be posting tomorrow I'm going to the Vikings vs Bronco's game in Minneapolis. There is a strong possibility I am going to meet Tim Tebow. Hopefully meeting him will give me some inspiration. If I do meet him ill post a pic late sunday night. God bless everyone and good luck.

Care package hasnt arrived yet. Today for breakfast i had two chicken tacos with vegetables, and then a bowl of oatmeals. It was around 50 grams of protein, 90 carbs. I took half a serving of Xtend when i woke up, and my test supplements, After my meal i took my green tea extract. I am going to workout and i took a serving of assault and a serving of myofusion protein 25gm of protein, then a serving of Xtend after, then 2 scoops of Myofusion 50gm of protein, and then a meal. GB

Working sets of Shoulder and Bi's

Seated front press: 135lbs
Dumbbell side lateral raise: 25lb dumbells
Barbell Frontal Raise" 65lb
Bicep Curls: 85
reverse: 65
wrist curl: 80
reverse: 40

when i came to college i weighed 160lbs. I started working out then got up to 170. In October me and garret started the HRT workout the day it came out on bodybuilder and today I weighed in at 180lbs.

Meal 3: chicken Alfredo with extra chicken: 33g Protein, 46 carbs
banana
water
and i feel full

The hack squat we have is different from the one we need and it is impossible to do a reverse hack squat. Any suggestions of what we should do instead??????

I'm feelings very exhausted tonight. I had an intermural basketball game and we lost in 4 overtimes. Legs are going to be sore. I am glad tomorrow is an off day.

This is my off day and i am more sore than i have been since basketball season. I can't wait to get back in the gym tomorrow and do some chest and tri's!!! GB

Incline: 135 working
Skull Krushers: 50 working
Extensions: 55 working

This one was a killer!!! Garret and I were struggling pretty bad on the incline. Might switch it up to start with incline next week? what do ya'll think of that? bad idea or good idea?

Well its time for session 4. Today I woke up and my whole body is sore: legs, tri's, chest. All are sore. Might have to take a bath or something haha. Today i woke up and took My Xtend and ate my left overs from Paradiso (chicken Enchilada). Can't wait to get to the gym today!!!

Thanks for the tip on how to embed videos. I will be posting one soon as I hit my required 50 posts. Those leg days can be pretty crazy afterwards for sure. Keep kicking a**. You could always do v-squats instead of hack squats also..

The last two days have been our two off days for the Hellraiser Training. I've spent the last two days with my girlfriend watching her basketball games and then christmas shopping. My meals nutritionally are below average. I will get back on track starting tomorrow! Also, i will update my stats on Hell Session 4! It felt great to get back in the gym today. My motivation levels are going crazy. If you are in need of some motivation search Tim Tebow in youtube and just watch his videos. The trailer to "Everything In Between" really gets me focused. My appetite is normal. I still havent gotten my supplements from Animal yet, but Garret did and we put the same address at the same time kind of confused. If any reps read this please explain. I went to Vegas Friday, so my workout was limited to the machines they had in the Mandalay gym. I still had a good workout. My diet hasn't been where it should be but i will get on track starting Monday!

They had no calf machines, and i couldn't figure out to work there leg press.

Smith machine works great as an alternate to reverse hacks. I actually prefer it but we didnt have a smith at the gym when we filmed the video series.
