I will be logging Applied Neutriceticals LITup Peach Tea flavor. I want to thank Free Weight Friedel for giving me the opportunity to log a product that I have heard great things about. This is my first log. Constructive criticism will be greatly appreciated.

Age: 19

Sex: Male

Height: 6'3

Weight: 200 LBS

Body Type: Meso

A Little About Myself:I began weight training during my first football season in high school and that was when I realized that I truly liked the idea of bodybuilding more than sports themselves. I trained for about a year or so before one of my friends introduced me to supplements and I started to really put on weight. At 16, I was 6'2 165 pounds and after four months I was able to put on 20 pounds without looking down right sloppy. I was sent to a military school where there was NOTHING to do so working out was the one thing I could really look forward too. Now I attend Florida International University where I'm still pushing myself to have the physique I have always wanted.

Current Diet:
High Protein and Moderate Fats. Carbohydrates coming from whole wheat pasta, wheat bread, and brown rice. Protein: 3 shakes, eggs, chicken breast, steak, and fish. Caloric intake: 3800-4000 calories.

Current Training Protocol:
Day 1:Chest/Biceps/Abs
Day 2:Back/Obliques
Day 3:Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Day 4:Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Day 5:Legs/Obliques
Day 6:Rest
Repeat

I will begin this log tomorrow with Biceps/Triceps/Abs.

Okay so I just took one scoop. I prefer my pre-workouts in 4 ounces of water so typically they are not going to taste as well as they would if mixed in more. The taste is EXACTLY what the label says it is.....peach tea. The taste is great at first but it has a slightly bitter aftertaste. It says to take it 30 minutes prior to workout but I'm already feeling pretty energetic after only seven minutes or so. I'm looking forward to the pump it should give me after two scoops tomorrow but I am impressed with the taste and energy LITup is providing so far.

At 2 scoops, you should feel the BA tingles.

LITup should not make you bounce of walls but, you should see that you become more focused in what you are doing.

Day 1:Biceps,Triceps,Abs

2 Scoops mixed in 4-5 ounces of water

Today I was a bit sluggish when I woke up at about 11 a.m. I had protein shake and waited about an hour before taking two scoops of LITup. The mixability is slightly better than most of the pre-workouts I have taken. The taste was great considering mixing two scoops with only 4-5 ounces of water. It's a little bit thick too. After ten minutes I began to feel the BA tingles. I waited about five minutes and headed over to the gym. I felt a burst of energy walking up to the gym but it wasn't to the point where I was feeling dizzy.

During my bicep workout I had a pretty good pump going. After my first four bicep exercises, I wanted to keep going and going and going. I picked up the 35 dbs and did two sets of 30 and decided to move on to triceps. My energy levels were still high after killing biceps. I was feeling great when I moved on to dips The 65 pound weighted dip eight times was a PR for me. My triceps were extremely fatigued after dips so I used lighter weight on the rest of my exercises but I pushed through my reps strong and finished with a great arms workout. I moved onto abs. I was doing max reps on the weighted crunch machine and I was doing 90 lbs up to 40-45 reps the first few sets. Overall it was a great first day.

What's the plan for today, bro? I always take the weekends off and just hang out with the wife and play with my little girls all day! They probably make me burn more calories than my workouts do though. Haha!

Day 3: Chest/Biceps/Abs/Obliques

2 scoops mixed in 6 ounces of water

Today I added a little extra water to see what LITup is supposed to taste like sense most people do not mix 2 scoops with 4 ounces. It was really smooth and sweet (much better than my usual two scoops in 4 ounces of water). I think I'll stick with 6 ounces for the rest of my log. I woke up full of energy today after getting a good ten hours of sleep. The gym was on my mind the minute I got out of bed. I ate breakfast and played some MW3 :) after I took 2 scoops of LITup, I waited 15 minutes and walked to the gym.

Today I really focused on getting a great pump. I tried to contract my muscles on every rep. My chest workout was great. I've been having a lot of problem with my shoulders the past month but today it wasn't really bothering me so I was able to really push hard on my incline workout. I've had trouble developing an upper chest for a long time but it's really starting to develop and LITup pushed me to limits on my incline DB press today. On my bicep workout, I shot for max reps. I really pushed myself to get extra reps without cheating. Overall, I had a great bicep workout even though I only did 3 different exercises. Amazing workout today. I really felt like achieved something when I walked out of the gym today and that's what I look to do every day of training.

I suggest adding more water with your LIT-UP. But if what you're using works for you.. Go for it! Sounds like it's going good so far! :)

1. receive a blumpkim

2. give a blumpkin (if your a girl)

3. witness a blumpkin

you could have a combo of 2 and 3, or 1 and 3 and still be in the club, but never 1 and 2, cause that would be just wrong

Day 5: Back/Abs

Today I woke up pretty sluggish. I had a protein bar for breakfast cause I was too lazy to walk to the cafe from my dorm(I know I'm a puss). Waited for an hour or so then took two scoops of LITup. I was extra jittery after LITup set in. My stomach didn't feel great but I headed to the gym anyways.

Stopped cause I was light headed and nauseous.

Overall I had a great workout considering the way I felt, but feeling a bit nauseous happens to everyone who takes stimulants. LITup is still working out great for me. I might need to go up to 2.5 scoops cause I have a high tolerance to stimulants but great back workout. Really felt my back blowing up after pull ups and I cranked out the DB rows really strong.

Just got home from school for winter break. Pretty damn cold up here compared to Miami ahhhh. Anyways, I took 2.5 scoops today and it hit me just like I wanted it too. I rode my bike to the gym today and it took me about 10 min. to get there and when i jumped off my bike to walk into the gym i was really feelin gooooooood. :)

Best shoulder workout in weeks. I really hit DB shoulder press hard and I felt more controlled than usual(due to focus). I'm becoming a lot more vascular in my shoulders. Veins starting to pop out a lot more and I'm not even cutting. Went hard on shrugs. My traps are naturally pretty strong so I put up a good amount of weight today.

2.5 is good it depending how tolerant you are to stimulants. I don't think ill go to three though, I have a feeling ill be way too jittery

I killed it on BB Bench today. I acheived a personal record on 245x3 which I was stoked about. I was extremely fatigued after my benching but I cranked out a lot of reps with 135 on incline and really got a great pump. I tried to go heavier on DB incline and I had a great ROM with no spot. My biceps were still fatigued from my arms day so I went light and got a pretty decent pump. I have about five scoops of LITup left. I will be finishing up my log with legs tomorrow followed by an off day then back. I want to thank APPnut and Free Weight Friedel once again for this opportunity and I plan to continue to stack APPnut supps in the future. :)

I still only use 1 scoop and part of a RPM if I mix haha. Now I am down to a single rpm pre workout if anything. That is low stimming it....
