I started with insanity training for 4 months back in April, then started adding in weights at lunchtimes. In the last 6 weeks I have started doing weights at lunchtime followed by 70 minutes of bodylastics in the evening three times a week with weights followed by insanity cardio once a week. I am not starving myself I eat wholemeal bread and pasta, eggs, chicken, baked potatoes, tuna, veg etc but am careful not to overdo the calories. I eat steadily throughout the day. Although my body shape has changed quite dramatically I have not lost any inches since June and even then it was an inch here and there. Everybody seems to be losing inches except for me what am I doing wrong. Please help me

How many calories are you eating and how are you tracking them? When results aren't happening, you need to go back and take a closer look at your diet. I guarantee this is where your problem is.
