A bit more than 1% or so, if you drink 1.5mg per lb of body weight, every 2hours, 6 times per day.
About the same for green tea...
Found that on scholar.google.com when they did research on the EC stack (That makes it go up by ~3% if you take it 3 times per day).

That adds up to almost 17000 calories in a year or almost 5 pounds of fat.
So it adds up.
*edit actually just used a calculator. Make that just over 18000 calories and a little over 5 pounds.
Either way it adds up.
