Completely clogged

It's been 3 whole days.. Nothing has come out of the hole. I've tried sticking my finger up there, toilet paper, you name it & I've tried getting that nasty stuff out! It's starting to hurt. Getting extremely dry & crusty! I push & push but only a little will come out :(

















Anyone got a trick to unclog my nostril?

Acquire chili paste. Add to everything until nose is clear or angus is peppered.

I am kind of shocked that you are having this issue eating veggies and high fat on your keto, unless you are dehyrated from massively low fluid intake. I would try something like a milder mineral oil type enima to start and maybe some vegetable laxatives and chunging a gallon of water before moving to "more aggressive measures".

Well I am pretty sure it connects up somewhere in there. How do you know that your clogged nose isn't the end result of a bowel obstruction? My sister has a friend who is a Gastroenterology, and he said that almost all problems in the body originate in the colon. That being said, perhaps you should try the enima just to be on the safe side, broseph.

Mucinex/Sudafed/ take a very hot shower and the steam will help clear it up(broscience theory, dunno if true or not), or worse come to worse, it will probably be better in a few days.

Tried the hot shower. It worked for about 5 minutes & then it came back. I am never ever sick. Sucks. Making my throat hurt from breathing through my mouth 24/7. I will probably go get some mucinex. I just took some NyQuil

Just a little ketoflu... stick it out though... it is just toughening up your immune system.

Mucinex will clear up the pleghm. The end result is not pretty, so prepare for disgust.

Most people make the mistake of taking Nyquil when they have a cold. All nyquil does is dry up what's in your head. This is bad. It's like turning all the liquid in your head into cement.

This is how I got a sinus infection. Always pump the blue box of nyquil. Get that **** out of your head.

Yeah. Or take a towel and drape it over your head while leaning over a steaming pot of water (be careful though). You can add whatever herbs (mint, camphor, etc.) to help.
