So I've tried and failed, and tried and failed, and once again: tried and failed. To come up with a good solid diet that I can follow religiously and get good results with. I'm 16 years old, 6'2, 200lbs, and about 15% bf. I want to get down to 11 or 12 % bf within the next 4 months.
I'm very active. I'm in my varsity football off season right now, and I'm doing Indoor track and field to stay active (and I'm also my schools best shot putter)
I workout 7 days a week: intense cardio and moderate lifting on weekdays, and heavy lifting on weekends. I just can't get down a solid nutritional diet to follow, so here I am on the BB forums, pleading. For someone out there on the internet to just... write out a diet for me that'll work. I don't want to seem like a bother to anyone, but I'm asking for a diet that I can follow strictly and get good fat loss results.
Any food is pretty much available to me, and there really aren't any restrictions that any kind soul out there would have to follow upon accepting my plea, other than that my school lunch is a salad with meat cutlets, (around 15g protein) and balsamic dressing at 1030pm on weekdays.
