It was about a year ago from commenting in the misc. it Acually put me in the red(notasiglefukwasgiven). Then when i came back and started answering q's here, pug asked me why I was red. I told him and him, cum, and a few others repped me out of red. Second neg was from synthetic. :D

Not sure who was first, but I got a neg train ran on me for insisting that bro splits (bodypart splits) were not optimal for natties and that compound movements generally build more muscle mass than isolation movements, and often in the target muscle. A lot of cable iso fans in the exercise forum. ;-)
