I used to weigh 330 pounds in July 2010. I am down to 190-195 but I still have a belly and am getting discouraged any ideas how to fight it ? The more detailed the info the better I can understand. I also been weight training everything I'm doing I learned on my own and am sure my routines and diet can use some cleaning up and tweaking
