Meal 1:1 cup Cottage Cheese 1 cup Strawberries 2 Whole Grain Tortillas

Meal 2: 2 scoops Syntha-6 Protein with Water

Meal 3:2 Lean Beef Patties 1 cup cooked Rice 1 tbsp Hummus 1 Apple

Meal 4: 2 scoops of Syntha-6 Protein

Meal 5: 2 Chicken Breasts 1 cup cooked Oatmeal 1 serving Salad with Fat Free Dressing
Supplements

Thermonex: 3 pills before breakfast, lunch, and before workout or in the afternoon
NO-Xplode: 1 scoop before workout
Syntha-6: 2 scoops after workout
AST Multi Pro 32X, 200 Caplets: take 1 pill twice a day
Spring Valley Fish Oil 1000 mg: 2 pills with breakfast, lunch and dinner
Spring Valley Zinc 50 mg: take 1 pill once a day
MuscleTech HydroxyStim, 100 Rapid-Release Thermo Caps: take 3 pills before breakfast
PrimaForce Syneburn, 180 Capsules: take 1 pill before breakfast, lunch and dinner
BSN Axis-HT, 120 Tablets: take 2 pills three times a day

Eat 1 cup of broccoli or green beans with Meal 1 & Meal 3 to help food be more digested and also so i have more fiber in my diet.

no cheat meals ever!!!!!!To combat cravings try eating 1 tbsp of peanut butter with one tsp raw honey and 1 handful of trail mix.

well thats my weight lose diet and supplements i do and take i will post after awhile to tell u all my progress please feel free to comment or anything u want to say.
