Thanks so much Illilian and Controlled Labs for asking me to log the new flavor of White Flood.

About Me:
I got done with a cut about a month ago. I lost about 42-43 lbs and got done to 190. I started my bulk about that time and have put on about 4 lbs (a lb a week). My bulk cycle is going great and I'm breaking a lot of PR's.

I hope to go to about 200lbs by the end of the bulk, I'll access where I'm at from there and decide whether or not to add another 10lbs.
As far as PR's go in this log, I consider anytime I get more reps or more weight up on a certain lift a PR. Even if it's the warmup set. So PR's does not mean a new max, it means I'm lifting more on that exercise.

I've been taking WF long enough that I have the dosage down to a science lol.
1.5 scoops pre and .5 of the fruit punch flavor in my purple psyko (oh god this is good!).
So first impressions:
It taste just like a grape jolly rancher, I love it! I can taste the beet flavor a little bit more in this one then the others.
I would say Fruit Punch is still my fav, but this is really, REALLY, GOOD!

Notes - The last couple of weeks I've been upping the weight like crazy. This week I'm sticking with the weight and if I can up the reps good, if not I just want to get used to these numbers for a week. WF worked amazing as usual.
I also took Green Mag for the first time today...man that stuff is awesome!

Notes - It was really hard to get into the zone today....
First thing I walk into the gym and weights are laying everywhere, every station has weight on it and not a soul in the gym....ugh...

I've learned that whenever you go into the gym not feeling it, that's the best time to man up and suck it up.
I still got a killer workout in today that could have been done before it started.
Any body struggling with "off" days, just remember, being able to push through it is what separates going through the motions from THROWING THAT WEIGHT AROUND.
It also helps when you have some Juicy Grape WF running through your veins!! :D

Notes - The cold really affected my workout today. My legs were sore before I even got started. I spent a little bit more time resting between sets and that seemed to do the trick. I also drank a lot more water today and that was helping a lot as well.

Some more notes on the cycle - I gained .75 lbs this week. Kinda happy about that with turkey day coming up. I've been gaining about a lb a week. By the time the first of the year rolls around I should be perfectly on track. I can see a lot of muscle growth in my arms, back, and legs. Will be interesting to see just how much muscle I've gained once I get done with my next cut cycle.

For whatever reason I woke up very light today, down 4 lbs....not sure if it was water flux or I lost some muscle mass over the weekend. I ate like crazy as I always do on cheat days, but I also was very active this weekend.
Anyways, I definitely noticed the lack of energy today..in fact I'm still a little light headed after whey and a meal.
Might just be sinuses and this time of year.

I feel like all this hard work is definitely paying off, my arms/chest are gaining a lot of size.
I'm noticing the normal bf gain, but it's not bad at all. I'd say 90% of my gains are lean mass. Very happy with the bulk results so far.

I definitely felt the caffeine rush, and the WF helped a lot with this workout...This weekend just killed me.
Not blaming this workout on the supps at all, they did their job.
I cut from 230 to 190 and want to bulk back to 200 and then decide if I want to keep going to 210 before another cut. I'm putting on about a lb a week and i'm at 196-197 now so I'm liking the slow bulk.

Notes - Woke up with my back kinda tweaked, but did about an hour of stretching and got it all worked out. Felt good once I got to the gym. I feel like I'm really turning a corner with these workouts. Ever since I started taking creatine, it's been nothing but broken PR's. The white flood stacked with creatine is a must for me, it is THE WAY TO GO!
I'm getting my lifts up past the noob stage and I have a feeling that by the middle of next year I'll be pulling some good numbers. I'm also seeing a drastic change in my physique. I've got a lot more muscle and once I get done with this bulk and my next cut I have a feeling I'll be sitting right where I wanted to be. My goals are in view and I won't stop till I get there and beyond!

Notes - I was kinda week this morning. I worked through it though...I'm going to bulk for the rest of this week, then heading to Louisiana for a week where I'll just rest before getting back home and starting another cut cycle (I'll be cutting till next fall). I've put on a good bit of muscle and some fat, and I'm ready to cut again. I think I definitely met my goal with my bulk I'm sitting right at 200lbs right now after about 3 months of bulking from 190lbs.

Notes - Decided to change things up a bit since this was the last chest and bicep workout of my bulk cycle. I wanted to see what my body was capable of. The 4 sets of bench press at 90% of max really almost killed my energy, I'm so used to my routines being geared for me to easily make it to the end, but still push myself. Today I destroyed myself!!! I have been wanting to try the super set from the Train Insane with Kane video and in his he does 30 sets....yeah...well I made it to 5 lol....This excersise is NOOO JOKE! I'm going to add this to my schedule and see how many sets I can get up to.

So, I did my last workout and was on my way home to update the log when the house got hit by a tornado....a freaking tornado! Anyways went a couple of days without power and I had to travel for Christmas..it's been a mess. I'll update as soon as I can get to a computer.
