Informative video. I don't know if you practice these exercises, but also good to mention exercises like dumbbell or kettlebell clean and jerks and Turkish getups. These really help to gain strength, increase range of motion, and overhead stability in the shoulder joint, an aspect which is normally neglected in conventional weight training. These exercises really helped me the most in treating my shoulder bursitis more than anything else.
