Hey guys
I am trying to setup a training schedule. I want to be fit for my mma and also have a good looking body I have muay thai on monday and bjj on friday. I want to do some weights inbetween but I don't know what weights to do and the amount of reps etc. I have this home gym (Achieve Body Builder Home Gym Google it as i can't post links)
and a medicine ball. And I am 15...
I just want to know how many sets and reps of what exercises i should be doing

monday, pulling muscles. 40lb bicep curls. one set. 50lb db rows. one set. core 25lb plate sit ups.

thursday. pushing exercises. wide grip pushups, incline dips, dumb bell press, 50lbs one set.

friday leg squats, lunges.

thats all you need. ppl will tell you that you need more. those ppl are tools. keep it simple and you will be good. You get stronger by lifting as much weight as you can. dont even worry about form, another myth. lift as much weight as possible. thats the only way to build strength. you will hear a lot of magic b.s. on these forums. but thats all you really need to do.
