Has anyone heard of the Hcg diet? If so what do you think? Has anyone tried it

the magic diet where they inject you with a placebo, then make you eat 500 calories a day and you lose a sh-tton of weight (water,muscle and fat) and then they claim it's the HCG and not the retarded deficit?
It's not a good diet, no.
