I was wondering if anybody knows of or has came across some legitimate research that helped pinpoint whether or not our somatotypes determine what style of dieting works best for us. More specifically the following diets:
1) High Fat, Low Carb
2) Low Fat, Mod-High Carb
I have recently come across several people with mixed results following these two styles. I have had great results with a High Fat/Low-Mod Carb diet in the past, and I am curious whether or not I am stuck with that dieting style, or if I can receive BETTER results following a Low Fat/Mod-High Carb diet.
Can I make the switch and still get super diced? Or am I inevitably stuck eating less carbs during prep?
