Alright everyone i really appreciate everyone who checked this out because i am in desperate need of help! any thoughts at all would be extremely helpful! So i've been on a 3 week program for the past few months where week one is 3x10, week two is 4x5, and week three is 3x3. Usually 3x10 i can do 280 for bench, 4x5-315 bench, and 3x3-325 bench. after regular bench i do incline, db bench, dips, and flys. can someone please offer me some guidance. i know i have to switch up my routine but i want to know what has worked for you in the past. if it is adding something to my routine, changing the reps, or anything i would really appreciate your input. my goal is to GAIN STRENGTH! thanks so much!
