Hi All!

I'm competing in my first INBF Bikini Best Body competition on Nov 12. I'm just wondering if it's worth checking out a local NPC competition in preparation for the event. Are the organizations similar or comparable at all in terms of the Bikini Division as far as posing/schedule/competitors/etc?

You'll be wayyyyyyy better off going to check out the NPC if you havent been to a show. I actually did that same exact thing and learned a lot even though I competed in the NANBF (formerly the INBF I believe). The atmosphere IS a lot different I must say. NPC has got a lot more 'negative' competitive attitude involved just based off of what I saw. The INBF has a lot more family / all-around supportive atmosphere. The actual execution of the call outs and poses / etc. are similar though.. and at the end of the day.. it's a competition in the same exact sport / class you'll be participating in. Go out there and check it out! Hope that helped...
