Yo just need some help tryna get more accurate info on chicken breast macros..

Such a big difference from site to site i dont kno which to follow :/
Calorieking.com.au tells me 31g protein per 100g skinless beast grilled..
as does swole.me...
Then http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk says 21g per 100g skinless breast grilled

Anyone got a trustable more accurate source, because from 31g to 21g is a huge gap..

Thanks brahs

From the USDA nutrient database:

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/cgi-bin/list_nut_edit.pl

100g cooked (roasted is equivalent to grilled) is ~31g protein.

Edit: link probably won't work, just search roasted chicken breast here:

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

You'll get all the info you need. I usually reference this site if I find inconsistencies with nutritional data.

Typical lean uncooked chicken, beef, fish is around 20% protein

When you cook it ... you lose around 20-25% weight but the protein amount stays the same.

So 21g per 100g is uncooked and correct
31g per 100g would have to be some pretty damn dry chicken haha!
