Hey I watched your video, very impressive...although the big flaw with compilation videos is I don't really know what i should be doing
Did you do all those workouts back to back?
Reps, time, purpose of each workout?
My goal right now is to get back to about 165lbs (currently 180) and actually be cut for once in my life
I want to compete again hence the weight drop I want to make, but it isn't a priority with school, getting married, moving, and other stuff you don't care about :)
My routine looks like this
Monday
PT in the morning, some sort of strength circuit
Upper Front lifting routine (i.e. chest, shoulders, biceps) typical bodybuilderish routine except for compound lifts I lift 5x5 pretty high weight
Boxing training in the evening (fairly new addition to the regimen)
Tuesday
Cardio (usually 20 minutes on a stationary bike cycling intervals)
Wednesday
PT in the morning, muscular endurance circuit
Upper Back lifting (i.e. lats, rear delts, lower back, traps, triceps)
Boxing in the evening
Thursday
Cardio (20 min again)
Friday
Pt in the morning, aerobic endurance workout
Lower body lifts
Boxing in the evening
So basically what are the specifics on the actual workouts you are doing and where could i add them in or replace something with them??
Thanks for any help

I always liked the Randy Couture workouts you can find online, but I was considering trying the GSP one they have on this site.
I'm currently doing Kris Gethin's 12 week trainer just to help me lean up and get back to a decent weight (wanna walk around about 185) With wrestling season starting I'll be coaching and that always gives me two hours of intense cardio a day.
