So, I am done with my first bottle of Roxylean. Lost about 22lbs in a little over a month. It worked well. And definitely helped me control my appetite to a tune of 1600-1800cals a day. I am frightened over what is going to happen now though. I know I can/will keep my diet in check, but am afraid my metabolism will shut down with a lack of pop the Roxylean was giving it. Can anyone give me tips on what to do for me to keep the ball rolling in the right direction?

I have heard a few schools of thought and tricks, such as maintain a high caffeniene intake and/or drink green tea. One thing I am going to do is switch my cardio routine a bit now. Especially since I am no longer apprehensive about getting my heartrate jacked. So instead of doing an hour of slow cardio, 3 days a week. I'm going to do HIIT training on Mondays and Fridays. And a regular long jog and Arc trainer/Ellictal half hour on Wednesdays.

Routine will look as such M: HIIT Cardio Tu: Chest/Tris & Abs W: 1hr cardio Th: Back/Bis & Abs Fri: HIIT Sat: OFF Sun: Shoulders and Legs

Maintain diet of 16-18k cals and 75-100g of protein.

Any suggestions will be appreciated!

i recomend you buy a bottle of Lean Extreme.. it will help control cortisol and act as a shop vac to lower body fat. maintain the above protocol. after 30 days of LX you can go back to roxy. then 30 days later.. you can combo the two together if your still in a cutting mode.

as far as your metabolism grinding to a halt.. if you have been dieting very long that has likely already happened. dont sweat it its a normal part of dieting. if you find you have stopped loseing weight you can up your caloric intake for a few days to kick start your metabolism back into high gear.

Thanks, I will give the Lean Xtreme a shot. On my last day of the Roxys today.. Going to take the weekend exercise and diet off. Start fresh on Monday... maybe pick up a bottle this week.
