So if I were to do cyclical ketosis I would carb load for two days( usually the weekend) so how do you maintain ketosis for more than 2-3 days of the week? Because I was told Once you ingest enough carbs it takes 2-3 days to get ketosis back. Input please, thanks!

Well...you don't. And what does it matter? There's no real goal of being in ketosis unless your an epileptic kid.
Low-carb in general works well for fat loss, no need for 0 carbs.

If you are planning on doing this then it depends on how much you are looking to lose as in fat/weight. You would do the CKD for 2 weeks then carb-up on that weekend. Myself I will carb up for 10 hrs when I hit the 2 weeks because I want to lose 60 pounds. CKD is good from what I understand because you do not lose whatever muscle you have because you are throwing your body in to ketosis and that puts your body into a using fat versus carbs for energy. I have started this diet and have already seen 10 pounds down, now take into fact that most of this is probably water weight it is nice to see it go. The way you would work the CKD is all dependent on your body also. What should your calorie intake be? Take that, then 65% of the intake should be fat, 35% should be protein and 5% carbs / 30 carbs a day being the max.
