My erector spinae is very strong but theres a significant lack of thickness in my upper back. my shoulderblades stick out. i guess its my traps that aren't developing. Any ways to shock it into growth so i can feel confident about my back. and inturn, confident when fighting. i'll do anything it takes, im so dedicated at this point in my life!

cheers all :)

I'm not a complete expert but the main back exercises would be pull-ups/chin-ups or if at the gym you could do a couple of sets of lat pulldowns or even the dumbell/barbell row, all of these should help increase your back muscle my friend :)

dead lift. bent over rows. over hand pull ups. make sure you flex your lats to get best results with pull ups.
