Me and my wife have been working out for the last couple months and she has kinda peaked at her weight loss. She lost about 12 pounds but cant loose any more. We eat pretty healthy really no junk food. She does about 25 min of cardi on the cross trainer machine when we go to the gym about 3 times per week and when we dont go she does tae bo. She wants to loose about another 10 pounds or so and get the firm stomach she used to have. Any help??
