Hello all, My Name is Todd. I am a 22 year old male. Current weight is 200 with a body fat % of 16, weight last month was 185 ( weight increased as I have done nothing but party with my friends for the last month... I just got back from basic Training and AIT for US Army Reserves) So yes I did put on weight. I started getting back on track about a week ago...

I have no set workout plan but here is what I did the last week...
Kept up with abripperx from p90x too the best of my ability and went too the gym doing cardio every other day as well as various muscle work outs and abs everyday. Been eating around a 2000 calorie a day diet. Too include the gnc whey protein post work out as well as some jack3d before workouts like twice.

My Goal By April : Around 8% body fat with a weight of 175-180 with a nice toned body look.

My question is is that a plausible goal? (If Not what would be a plausible goal. (I have already seen a doctor and am fit to do any workout program) I have six days available at the gym for approximately 1.5 hours each day with the way my schedule works out. I have no problem spending my money on supplements if it helps me obtain my goal. .

I am also looking for someone to help me out with a detailed supplemental , workout , and diet program that will help me complete my goal. Willing to pay as long as it is not too costly.

Any Help would be appreciated...
