Maybe you benched 95lbs for the first time or ripped 600lbs off the ground, doesn't have to be new or impressive, but the first time you did it you felt great about it?

Mine was when I did front squats without a smith machine, yep, just me and the bad guy, my arms where red and hurt like ass but when I put the weight down I wanted to cry and hug the guy next to me! XD

Back in the day when i first started, me and the guys kew noffin of training or nutrition etc, we just went there with a dream! This dream was to bench 60kg, for months we didnt feel ready for it, but eventually the day came, we took it in turns and no one succeeded, then Gitzi stood up to the mark and pushed out 3 of the hardest, most satisfying reps of his life!

The day I managed a 450 lb deadlift in my school gym. I broke a major blood vessel in my eye that didn't go away for a whole month, good times.

After not working my legs directly for 2 months (only heavy deadlifts), then being able to leg press 765lbsx1 (I know its not as impressive as squats, but I cant squat because of my back, so this is what I got.)

Squating 315 on the squat rack. Burned like hell, but seeing the weight in the mirror pushed me to push it.

Not dying from laughter.......................... from all ego maniacs at the gym that think they are lifting big weight but are lifting it totally wrong and incorrectly.

Being asked for advice. It shows you're looking good and know what you're doing.

Benching my own body weight too was brilliant.

Been at this whole weight lifting thing on and off since I was about 13yo. , I have had a few great moments in the gym. My jr. year of HS I managed to bench press 315lbs 1 time. Fast forward 17yrs....I am 30 years old and after being back under the bar for a year I decided one afternoon to just go for it. So I loaded the weight on it and BAM...I bench pressed 315lbs....feltgoodman....and now 315 is part of my workout out..my last set on BP is 315x6 ... so in short I guess my greatest accomplishment is seeing steady progress in not only lbs lifted but physically as well...

First time I was able to bench 200 lbs. May not seem like a lot now, but back then I was excited as hell.

My bench has been stuck on 70kg/154lbs (more than I weigh though which is the starting strength aim) for months now. Rain out of beginner gains. From what I can gather your bench will fly up whilst bulking. Can't wait.

Watching my body weight drop below my bench press from my first lifting to today:

Body weight: from 240lb->185lb
Bench: from 135lb->245lb
