I have an m18x with x2 6970m. Make sure you try and press fn+ f7 first before you do anything crazy

tried fn+f7. doesnt do sht. Was wondering if this could have been anyway caused by overclocking?

lol you overclock it?

laptops have ****ty airflow as it is, im betting something is fried.

reset to factory settings, deny overclocking and get it repaired.

x2...overclocking pretty much centers around better cooling...and laptops are the epitome of hot, bad idea was bad.

If the laptop GPU is in the MxM format, then yes, you can reseat the GPU.
