^ Dont recall the macros but IIRC it's not going to be a replacement for PB, but having said that I've tasted pumpkin butter and it's BALLER. Basically pumpkin pie spread.

Trader Joe's has some awesome prices on theirs. Or I find them online when I buy protein powder and just combine shipping. Or when my mom visits I get her to by me some of the more expensive ones :D

I completely agree! The chocolate almond is amazing too, and the chocolate pb is like eating Reese's. :)

She's got a bunch of great recipes, and some for peanut butter too.

For sunflower seed butter I just toast them lightly until they start to turn slightly brown, then run them in my food processor until they're done. It starts out really crumbly, but finally gets to the right consistency after about 8 minutes or so.

The flavour I was most excited about was White Chocolate Wonderful since I'm an avid lover of white chocolate and self-professed white chocolate aficionado. To say the least, it ruined it all for me. I'm quite interested in Bee's Knees, though. I'll have to hit up the grocery store and see if they have that.

What did you (and everyone else) think of Heat is On? Worth it?

Man thats one of my favorites! Subtle bit of white chocolate. Very tasty with bananas, especially caramelized red bananas! Tastes like candy!
