Ok, is there anywhere online where we can see a chart of what bodyfat levels are for a female?
Like at ___% BF, there should be no visible pudge but no ab lines. At ___%, should see alittle abs showing. Etc?

It's very detailed but there's no way to say one should "see" abdominal definition at a certain point, some women can't see it at 14-16%, some can see it as high as 18-22% (which is not "high" body fat, but a decent amount to see abs).

I don't hold much fat in my abdominal area, therefore you can see mine at a much higher BF percentage than other women who happen to hold more fat there. I am currently bulking and would estimate my BF at mid-low twenties, and my avi is very recent. Most mornings, my abs still show, but they're gone by dinner time.

No visible pudge, but no ab lines???...... :)

Since bf% is calculated based on fat around the whole body, it depends in certain people who carry more fat on their lower-body or upper-body when you can see abs or not. I am like powerwithin where I lose on my mid-section faster, thus have visible abs at a higher bf% with respect to my thighs. Sillythighsaresoflabby.

Yep, it's one of those "individual case" things. I have a more male pattern of carrying bodyfat because of my genetics (thanks mom and dad), so I hold more fat in my stomach than anywhere else. Would much rather it was on my thighs or my butt, to be honest.
