I love having crazy ass dreams, and have taken melatonin for the last year and my dreams have gotten so much crazier, recently i discovered something that is way more intense than melatonin and anyone who likes awesome dream should give it a try.

There are two ways that make your dreams way more vivid, intense, and more realistic.

Option 1-Melatonin
If you take around 10mg of melatonin 1 hour before bed you feel very sleepy and relaxed and fall asleep fast. When your asleep you tend to have multiple detailed, long, and realistic dreams that often leave you waking up saying, "holy ****, i cant believe that happened, oh wait did that just happen"(at least for me)

Option 2- Nicotine Patch
If you slap a level 1 or 2 nictotine patch on your arm right before falling asleep, you will have some insane dreams. For me these dreams usaully feel like Action thrillers(casino royale type ****), other people experience Alice in wonderland type **** or even scary vivid nightmares(ive only had one and it was intense).

Nicotine is not actually harmful like many think, but it is a minor stimulant so some people can't sleep that well on it, but if you put it on while sleepy you will probably not be woken up by it, it never affects my sleep and i have done it around ten times and never gotten less than 8 hours.

WHY IT WORKS--The direct cause of these vivid dreams may be the constant flow of nicotine during sleep. Nicotine is a stimulant and as such it activates certain parts of the brain. This Nicotine is considered a psychotropic drug, meaning it affects the brain.

my insane dream from the other day:

I had a dream as if I were living real life. I dreamt that I woke up at 9:30am, and I was freaking out because I have an 8:15 class. I then woke up IRL at~5:30 am and went back to sleep. I then woke up at 8:30 and walked into class at 9. I would've skipped but it's the second week of classes so I felt I should have shown up. Better late than never right?

I tend to twitch and act out physically in response to dreams. One time a flung one of the cats across the room, another time I almost punched my fiance in the face.

yeaaaaaaahhh thats uhhhh. not so good lol

not as bad as one of the Corporals telling me he woke up once straddling his wife in the middle of the night about to strangle her. Post Traumatic Stress..... eesh. The guy slept in a locked spare bedroom for like 3 months after.

lol'ed @ cats being flung across the room.

yea. i have very vivid/visual dreams. not gunna get into the obvious. but i have a LOT about talking to my dad on his death bed/when he's really sick/before he dies. (he passed away from a short & intense battle w/ cancer when i was 16.) i wake up going "what the FUK". some of the conversations i have with him in my dreams are SO FUKT UP. like...really deep emotional shti that i won't be sharing. holy ****ing christ. it's intense. i had one last night; probably the most major one yet. i was awake for 2 hrs during the middle of the night listening to music trying to wrap my head around what the fuk my subconscious comes up with.

I get some pretty vivid dreams sometimes for no particular reason. Some daily activity involved often though.

Yesterday I listed to the new Dream Theater album all day long and during my sleep had a pretty vivid dream of seeing their concert and hanging out with John Petrucci - who is kinda a hero for me when it comes to music/guitar play. He works out like crazy too, so we talked a lot about stuff. Lol@me actually talking with my own subconscious.

John's bicepz...

What's wellbutrin? oh and is ambien effective? and does it have any serious side effects, like do you feel groggy the next morning.
