Happened on Tuesday and my legs still hurt. Tomorrow is max-effort leg day and I hope my legs aren't sore tomorrow. *tear*

The other day I went back squatting after being out for an injury and strained my quads. FML. Couldnt even walk the day after lol

3:20pm here. Legs will be bombarded at aroun 5-6 O Clock.

Wed. is leg day for me, gym isn't that full normally.
Do you guys deadlift & squat on leg day, or do you do your deadlifts on back day?

Conventional DL or partial?
Do conventional DLs (2 sets/520lbs/4-6 reps) after 25 sets of quads (hacks, front squats, extensions, lunges).
Do partial DLs (3 sets - 475lbs - 4-6 reps) as sixth exercise on back day after 20 sets of back (weighted chins, BB Rows, T Bars, DB Rows, close grip). Do a mental challenge against Dorian even though he outweighs me by 100lbs.
That's how ya train. What ya got when it really counts? Thats what I ask myself:D

My legs haven't been sore from lifting in awhile. Not trying hard enough? Big baby needs to put more weight on the bar and push harder?

Soreness not a good indicator of progress and/or an effective training session - IMO.
As an example, my arms are never sore after I train them and they are alright.
On the flip side, my chest is always sore after I train it and I have a shyt chest. Looks like garbage.
Better questions would be....What is the mirror saying? How is progress in the gym? Getting stronger?
Answers to those questions will tell ya if you need to add more weight, train harder, more intensity, change routine, etc..

I did DB rows the way you do them the other day (no bench, no silly racks, lift the weight off the floor and row the shiat out of it). Hits much better than how I was doing them before.

I do push ups though in my chest routine..SRS. Superset DB pullovers with push ups. Shyt is MURDER!
