I'm sure she means to reduce her hip size. Probably how the word she's trying to use translates.

Convoy,
You need to lose fat. There are lots of places on this message board to find info on that. Proper nutrition, and some good cardio would get you towards what you seek.

I think it takes patience mostly and actually working legs in high intensity.

I found in the gym I work out at, that most women don't work their legs to full intensity (fear of "bulking" or something)..but the fact is you WON'T bulk! You gotta remember those leg muscles are the biggest muscles on your body and they are your "fat burners"...so increase the intensity and if you keep your cardio to the elliptical and sprinting on the treadmill they'll never get "bulky" but shapely.

For the longest time I complained about my legs as well. I did two leg training days as well and just did that for a few weeks and it helped really lean the legs out lots. Just don't do that for too long as it is easy to overtrain doing two leg days.

smyles,
You're going to have to just lose more fat. I don't think anyone loses fat in the place they want it gone most until the very end. Of course there's a surgical option(lipo), but you won't find much support for that here.

Didn't you ask this same question at mm.com? As I stated before, you cannot restructure your skeletal frame. Also, the pics posted at mm.com were of a man.

From your recent posts, and pic, I was assuming you were a man. I saw your hips and waist and I don't know what your talking about.

You can't change the structure of your hip bones. The only thing you can do to make your hips smaller by losing bodyfat, which I didn't see any on you that would make you have big hips.

However, it that's your goal, walking, jogging, the treadmill, and the ellipitical will trim the hips, thighs, and buttocks area.
