Here's where we can share our appetite-suppressing strategies for those of us who CONSTANTLY have the munchies. I might be "full" but I almost always have that little craving in the back of my mind to munch on something. A few things that I've found to be helpful:
Sunflower seeds (takes like an hour to eat 180 cals' worth)
Diet soda (carbonation = bloating)
Chewing tobacco (don't judge)
Eating raw veggies (and simultaneously drinking tons of water)
Forcing myself to deal with hunger during the day so that I can cram my last 1500-1800 cals into the final three hours of every day (since the nighttime munchies are far worse than the daytime munchies)
I'm sure some other people have figured out excellent strategies for appetite suppression? I know I'd sure appreciate hearing them.
