Dude just posted about the Brendan Frazier (actor) diet but it's actually Brendan Brazier (athlete). Not judging the OP but that's funny as hell if you ask me. Like, if you could think of an actor who would have a diet that you'd go "Ok, I'll listen" it probably wouldn't be that guy.
