when im running my Heart rate goes up to like 150 to 180 but doing some reading and hearing some people say that going over a certain limit causes muscle loss versus fat loss? does this only apply to doing cardio for extended periods.

Hit your cal and macro targets on a daily basis and don't do marathon type cardio sessions (unless it is a specific goal of yours).

You will be fine.

You will be fine. yeah i have all my cal goals down but do you think the cardio i specified is sufficient?

Sufficient in terms of what? HOw much are you doing? What frequency? What is your overall goal?

It doesn't matter. Faster you go, the more calories you burn. A portion of the calories come from carbs in your system and a portion comes from fat metabolism. The intensity of your workout will affect the ratio of what is used, but ultimately at the end of the day it doesn't matter what % of your fat was metabolised during the workout because it will simply be metabolised at some point after your workout because of the ultimate calorie deficit you created.

So... % of fat metabolised during a workout is a red herring that has been confusing people for decades.

The school of thought is that low intensity cardio burns less calories overall but a higher percentage of actual fat. Higher intensity burns more overall calories but a lower percentage of overall fat.

Just do it ;)

As long as you are not training to run marathons, it will not be a big deal imo. As long as you do your intense weight sessions, your muscles wont disappear that quick

Yeah as long as you're not doing over an hour of cardio a day you should be fine as long as you keep lifting. Are you doing HIIT at all? A lot of people get good results doing some HIIT and then just 10-20 minutes of brisk jogging afterwards to cool down. Don't overdo the cardio unless you find it enjoyable. Good luck bro!
