I was on full-retard mode when I first started tracking calories/macros. This was before the nutrition section, but I was consuming between 1900-2100 calories a day and generally ~25g of fat. Now let's compare that to my current calorie intake. I'm still reverse dieting and actually dropped about half a pound last week on 3200 calories, now you include this with the fact that while consuming 1900-2100 calories I was also doing 5 more hours of cardio a week and I wonder why my hormones were in the sh!tter. I thought I'd end up bulking on around 3,500 calories, but my hormones may have been more fked than I initially thought... 4k here I come(not complaining, though).

So looking back, what was your diet like before you saw the light? How much did you(or are you) destroying your hormones?

And yes, I ate 7 times a day, perfectly spaced with 30g of protein in each meal.

I ate fuk all untill about a year and a half ago. Did alot of running and bodyweight exercises because I thought lifting would 'stunt my growth' lol.

Id say I ate about 1500 cals as an active teen and sufferred because of it. Thank God I saw the light before something bad happenned.

I also thought I would be jacked as $hit if I drank a protein shake straight after training.

I know that feel. (srs)

Let's all just count the good years we have left and move forward.

I had previously lifted for a little while before taking years off. When I came back to it in October, I made a post here and it was basically your stereotypical bro post about "Hey I know I'm supposed to eat every 3 hours to keep my metabolism going" etc etc.

So much lol.

I lucked out though. Rather than someone ripping me a new a-hole, MikeK46 was kind enough to set me straight in a hurry.
