Get the asparagus/tuna (I think it's asparagus and tuna...it's asparagus and something). That one is killer. Really as long as you have tempura roll, you're set :D

Someone yelled out at Tyson Vogel (the drummer with the dark beard), "your beard is small!" And he just said, "whatchu got on this, dog?" Everyone laffed. I'm jealous of his beard. Don't care how gringy or dirty or hobo-esque it looks. It's damn respectable.

I'm working on mine now. The longest I ever went was 8 weeks. It was long for me, but I want more. So I'm going for it. I intend on seeing my weight on the scale stay the same as I want my body weight to drop as my beard's weight goes up. This is the goal.

I certainly hope to. My buddy at U of M has a girlfriend in Chicago, so he makes semi-regular trips out there. I know I could get him to plan a trip surrounding a good show as I did for this one since we have the same taste in music. Do you know of any in the upcoming months?

I don't see many shows announced yet. Kind of typical, I think. Fleet Foxes is the only one I see for the fall/winter series.

One thing about living in the city is that there will be a a$$ load of great bands to see throughout the year.

That's one of the things I miss most. I saw Okkervil River was coming, too. But that's all I've seen thus far! I'll be checking up on it every so often. If you find something worth seeing, you know where to find me.
