Do you guys count the calories in the oil you use for cooking , say frying an egg with 1tbsp of olive oil. Do you just count the egg or the oil too?

I usually never count the cooking oil.......................

I usually use what the calorie counter for my BMF has for fried eggs. I believe for a fried egg, it's 92 cal each egg as opposed to 70 cal raw.

Dem dere nutrition Nazi's....

Oh wait, they are here too? OP you done goofed.

Also, I use a "Pam" type spray and lightly coat a non stick pan... and I do not count the spray. If using a table spoon of oil however... it would be smart to count that.

Considering that oil is the most energy dense "food" in existence, I don't see why you would count it.

This.

Seriously, get your dumb question into standard nutrition so you can be taunted by the rest of the population.

120 calories = 1 tbsp. It all makes sense now. People complain about not losing weight and they don't measure anything correctly or measure it at all.

Perpetualmotion has become aware.

The spray is probably one of the worst things on a cut. What's the measurement on the back? 3 seconds? That's the most ballin' measurement ever. 3 seconds = X calories. You'd be surprised at how many calories could end up in a spray and it would vary drastically from person-to-person.
