EDIT: 4 points for a passing td, 6 points for rushing and everything else.

Well I have my draft tomorrow, here's the format:

QB
WR
WR
WR
RB
RB
TE
WR/TE
WR/RB
QB/WR/RB/TE

Any advice? Last year I'm pretty sure I went RB heavy, which didn't work out as well. These guys all went for QB's, so I was stuck with Vince Young as my starter for like half the year. Should I go QB early? Last year there were 16 teams, so there was no depth at all. However, with only 10 there should be more, but I don't know how to start it. First year I played, I won it all. Last year, I lost first round in playoffs to eventual champion by like .5 of a point. My team wasn't that great though, Arian Foster saved me.

How should I plan out the first few rounds? I'd say i'm pretty good with sleepers, past few years I've gotten Ricky Williams, Jamaal Charles, Foster, and Miles Austin. So its moreso how i should start out..

in a two-QB league you ALWAYS draft the top two QBs available to you right away.

i hate two-QB leagues. whichever team has the best QB duo wins the league 99.9% of the time.
