Hello, fellow BB.com forum members.
I started this training/diet journal to chronicle the remaining 7 weeks I have of the 10-Week Transformation Challenge.
I began the challenge on August 13th and it will until October 22nd.
My training/dieting have been going well and I'm really looking forward to seeing the continued changes in my body.
As no man is an island unto himself, I eagerly look forward to any comments/critiques/suggestions anyone reading my journal has to offer.
Training-wise, I had being hitting the weights 5 times a week and cardio 6 times a week.
But, due to my busy schedule, today I'm going to start a new split hitting the weights 4 times a week and cardio six times a week.
Also, I have decided to become a Pescetarian and will stop eating meat once my store of frozen chicken breasts is gone.
I look forward to a fruitful 7 weeks!
