Nothing like a well developed physique... Hard striated muscle, especially in the back and legs.

Whew, Is it getting hot in here? (HAHA)

The bigger the better. But abs aren't necessary for me... decent bf% but not shredded.

Well, that would depend......To get that way takes dedication, work and it is an "art". But slightly less "ripped" can be more aesthetically pleasing.

Maybe because I grewup watching Steve Reeves.

I rather preferred Schwarzenegger as he looked in the first "Conan the Barbarian" rather than so ripped in "Conan the Destroyer". He looked more like a very strong man in the first film as Howard envisioned Conan. Like Frazetta painted the charactor for the covers rather than the later artists' Comicbook version in "Destroyer".

Since he has gotten older, his present physique looks good to me.

I love these questions. "Do chicks like"...as if chicks are all connected to one mind and like the exact same thing. Ladies are basically like guys..each having their own likes and dislikes. Well, except for one guy..which it seems I've never found a woman to think he's unattractive..and that's Sean Connery. My mother and her friends, of course, think he's attractive..but I was surprised at how many ladies my age think he is good looking. Guess it pays to be the original James Bond.

I can't speak for all women...but I find muscular men very attractive (read my second signature quote below...LOL)! I also find their dicipline...dedication...and determination...very attractive as well. :)

I find personality and character most attractive. The size of the heart is always more attractive than the size of the biceps.

True enough. But just for eye candy I cant say there is a definate preferance. The idea of a big strong cuddly guy is just as attractive as the young shredded "super fit" guy. Both need muscles but the thing is if your "softer" you need more muscle to make up for it, where as if your a stick you portray the illusion of being muscular with the abs and striations. Both are nice to look at. I dont like the skinny fat people though, or the just skinny. You know who Im talking about. Saggy fat with no muscle. ew. However as MsFit pointed out, there is more then 1 way to show good breeding. All the muscle in the world wont make an ******* a gentleman.

i know many girls who just love snow capped bi peaks.

i took some girls i know dont like big guys to a bodybuilding comp. the 1st thing i heard when the big boys came out was "YUCK!" as there jaws droped and drool hit the floor. they didnt turn away for a second and afterwords the talked about who was the best looking. who had the biggest thing etc etc etc

i can tell you at least 30 stories of girls who dont like big guys then when they get the chance the jump on it and im not talking about the leap if u know what i mean :)

I understand that....alot of the times girls will make comments about my veins...mostly all of them think its sick...which is fine with me...i dont bodybuild for any body other then myself...but even at 245 5'8 i havnt had any girls say i was "to big" just that the veins are alittle insane lol

Visible veins don't bother me personally...I actually think they're attractive...showing how "cut" the individual is.

I guess you have to have an appreciation for bodybuilding...and all the hard work that goes along with it...to have an equal appreciation for things like visible veins...

arms...hell i dont know...over 20 in tho...thighs are about 31 and calfs around 18 i would guess...

my waist right now is just under 32 inch

32 inches??? WOw, I sure wasn't blessed there with such a small waist!
Do you have interest in competing a lot in the future? Seems like you could go easily national and win with those measurements(but i don't know a whole lot about how big the guys are in national but you got some freaky measurements).

You are definitely 100 percent mesomorph because true mesomorphs have naturally small waists!

My calves are the only thing that is even remotely comparable to you i got 16 inch calves and I weigh 80 lbs less.

THat reminds me ladies, what do you think of the lower body??? If you see a guy with strong calves and glutes but only slightly above average upper body, how does that compare to someone with weaker ones but with a huge upper body??

What do you mean genetic limt? How do I calculate my genetic limit. Im 5' 9" so is my genetic limit about 210 lbs?

I looooooooove a man with muscle... especially arms & chest... but if he's not proportionate (upper body & lower body) it's kind of a turn off... there's a guy at the gym I go to that has a great upper body but it doesn't look like he EVER trains his legs and it looks really stupid... so when looking for eye-candy I look at the whole package ;-)~ hehe

well im 6'5 266lbs and i swear alot of women look at me as if i was from another planet (luckly not all of them :) ), which isnt really a good thing if you are trying to relate with someone. I think alot of women like the nice big ripped bodies in the mags but can they really handle one in real life?? :D It takes a special woman to do that and usualy they are in great shape themselves.

Usually a guy that works out and looks good and eats healthy to obtain the body I like, would normally have the personality I like, so it would have to go hand in hand, it’s the dedication that they put into there body’s usually is the same throughout there life, that’s my type of man.

Well my gf likes about 170lb lean cut to shreads body. I passed that already as im 191 and 6% bf, so im cut to shreads at 191, so she thinks im to big, but who cares, im gonna keep trying to get bigger, but i dont think im gonna as im have been stuck at 191 for ages, like my body dont want to get any bigger on this 5'10 frame.....and im to scared of PH's and Steriods, to help me pass it cause my dad is bald, and i had gyno when i was a teeneger from puberty, but it went away when i was about 19.....so i got to many negatives to give them a try to help me put on more lean muscle.....

hehe bro, Thats exactly what im talking about, i did eat like a mad man, and bulked to 200 after the cut i was only 191 only 1 pound of it was lean muscle.....My body does not want to put on anymore muscle mass, i may have reached my genetic limit, as when i started i was 5'10 and 125 a very natural skinny person and now im 191 at 6% bf, not only am i 66lbs heavier ....only 6% of my weight is fat........So there is a big difference in my apperance ;)

Ill will have my pics up in 2 weeks my next check, a few weeks back my computer crashed due to a virus and i had to reformat, well i had a disc that had everyone on my computer that was on it when i bought it a recovery disc so after i reformatted i put that in and it put everything back on except my scanner software which was on a different disc and i cant find it so i guess ill have to try to buy another scanner so i can scan my pics.

swole..nice job on the mass gains. 191 at 6% bodyfat on a 5 ft 10 frame is pretty damnn big. Are you sure you wanna get bigger? I'm around 205 at 6'3". I ended my cutting cycle at 195 a few weeks a go. I'm doing the all out bulk now. I bulked at 3500-4000 cals per day before...not anymore. No less then 5000 a day and I don't care what I eat, junk food or anything, as long as I get my 250 grams of protein in. If I start gaining too much fat, I'll eat cleaner...but so far I'm still looking pretty lean(six pack still showing). I can't stand my high metabolism... it won't let me grow...but I'm determined to kick it's asss this bulking cycle.

My bf is like 225 lbs ...he just finished a bulking phase so he is not too cut right now but he still looks good. Personally I think that I would look kind of funny if I dated a smaller guy cuz I'm a pretty big girl (5'3" at 135 cut but 140 right now while bulking). I was not always this big (I used to have an eating disorder and weighed 105 lbs about 10 yrs ago - have been training seriously for about 4 yrs now) and I plan on getting even bigger so I think that I would look funny with a tiny guy on my HUGE arm. J/K

This is so true. A guy who just looks okay but has good character and a big heart is much more attractive than a physically attractive man who is a jerk. :D

I prefer a medium man muscle wise. LOL I don't like real big & steroid bulky like pro bodybuilders. The taller a guy is the more they can carry off bulk. I hate when a short guy gets as wide as he is tall. Although, I always get told they're gay -- I think the guys on Men's Fitness look pretty darn hot.

My boyfriend fits this category well (OK, slightly biased opinion ;) ). He is medium build and height and quite strong and attractive but that is just the packaging. It's what's inside that really matters to me. If I'm going share my life with someone, they need to be more than just looks.
